I work for a wireless ISP. When we have a large outage or have some outage scheduled, we would like to notify our customers.
Is there some sort of option in Asterisk to record a message and have it call a group of people? (No, I’m not a spammer or anything like that, but when someone has no Internet, they can’t check our website for outages…)
Or, is there a module to do this or is this custom development work?
