How do I use application: Log

I just have what I hope is a simple question.

What is the syntax and usage of the LOG() application?
I need to write out a global caller id/log that can be accessed from an intranet site. One that isn’t as detailed as /var/log/asterisk/cdr-csv/Master.csv

To show syntax, run “core show application Log”. Log is probably not what you are looking for. Look into cdr_custom.conf
