I wanted to know if this message the scrolls the CLI is something I can stop I have 4 extensions that do not require mailbox. ANd I keep getting these messages on my screen
edit the /etc/asterisk/logger.conf. look for this line console => notice,warning,error and remove the notice word. This will disable all the notices messages from your console. I don’t recommend it but you can try it
Reconfigure the phones so that they don’t try to subscribe to message waiting, or configure the corresponding Asterisk sip.conf entries to provide a voice mailbox number.
