All, we have a setup using latest AsteriskNOW, FreePBX and Digium phones with TDM card for analog lines. I have been trying to figure out how to remove the option of having to press dial softkey in order for the call to go through. Does anyone know how I remove this option so that the user can just pick up the handset, dial their number and the call goes through without having to press the dial softkey first?
