I have the same problem with DPH-80 D-Link , when i configure it with its user/password , the asterisk gives me this error :
chan_sip.c:12750 handle_response: Host ‘192.168.0.120’ does not implement 'NOTIFY’
chan_sip.c:12723 handle_response: Remote host can’t match request NOTIFY to call ‘MmI2MmExNTRkYjEyNTQ4MDY4ZmQ1MzI1NWNkMzI0ZDc.’. Giving up.
Can you tell me what is wrong ?
I can call from Softphones to DPH-80 but can not vise versa (Phone to softphone)
I’m new user to asterisk . about 1 week trying to implementing a home asterisk … but still I can’t dial with Phone .
When i want to dial 123 (softphone) no thing appear !
I configured sip.conf and extension.conf and added two users matched on dph-80 and sofphone

For the notify problem, Is it possible it is the notify message for new voicemails? If so, remove your mailbox= line for those hosts in sip.conf.
For the dial errors, what is the output from a sip debug and the CLI when you are trying to dial the failed call?

When i try to call from DPH-80 to softphone , nothing sends to asterisk server !!! but when i call from softphone to DPH-80 the phone rings right and every thing is ok !

I’m worry about this ! because i want to buy some ip phones for home and my office but still my test does not work properly :-s
