New member here and not the IT tech guy. I have a Xorcom PBX running asterisk. I’m wondering what solutions exist to add a calendar/schedule for office closings/holidays to roll phones or keep rolled to after hours. If there is another post on this happy to read that. Thank you for your help.
You can use GotoIfTIme, or time depedendant includes, or you can explicitly do database lookups or script calls to test whether it is a working day. This all assumes that you have full access to Asterisk and there isn’t a GUI in the way. If you want to work throujgh a GUI, you are in the wrong place; support will need to come from the people who created the GUI.
Time dependent includes and probably GotoIfTime are included in the sample configuration that should come with Asterisk.
