There is other way instead plain text to define passwords in sip.conf ?
In register, peers and extensions ?

At this point, I do not believe it is possible to obscure or encrypt the passwords stored in sip.conf. Keep in mind you would have to use a tool to encrypt any password and then use the same algorithm to decrypt them in sip.conf
