HelpDesk queues

I see a lot of questions concerning help desk applications. I think this is a great use of Asterisk’s IVR/AGI functionality. I’ve written a little app (AGI / Perl) to allow users to call in to determine if their accounts are locked. (They apparently don’t believe the messsage that pops up in Windows)

What other things are people doing to automate their help desks with Asterisk?
