Bounty- $150 to help me get rid of Ghost rings once and for all.

Here is what happens- someone calls a hunt group and the phones ring, someone answers, other phones continue to ring and when answered no one is on the other end as the call has already been answered. This Problem is a new problem that just started and the customers hunt group has worked fine for 9 months.

Here is the error I get in the CLI logs-
