[HELP] HT488, "102 OPTIONS" * replies with 481 No

#1

Hi

Asterisk seems to be playing well with my current setup. I’m using BroadVoice as the VOIP provider and a GrandStream Ht488 1.0.2.16 as the ATA.

Can anyone explain why I’m getting a “481 No Such Call” from asterisk, when the 488 sends a Options Packet? How can I stop this from happening?

Thanks

Roy
