Help Error:both can register ,but cant call each other

I have forward 5060-5082 and 10000-20000 port to 192.168.1.128,NOw the remote user can register my server,but i cant call to the remote user.
Why? The log as following:

Hi,
I think you have to give your extensions.conf file for more clarification of the problem.
