question was : I need help connecting to a cisco ISDN port

1/ vas a necesitar una carta isdn / you will need an E1/T1 Card

2/ luego vas a configurarla / then configure it

I forgot your second option is to go for a device, [https://www.sangoma.com/voip-gateways/digital/](https://www.sangoma.com/voip-gateways/digital/) ,

And for sake of completeness Besides those 2 options (internal card / external gateway) you could go for a sip trunk from a sip provider

This is really a question for the hardware supplier, e.g. [Contact Us ⋆ Sangoma](https://www.sangoma.com/contact-us/) not for the open source software community.

That looks like basic rate. You might want to start at [https://cdn.sangoma.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/12/bri-telephony-card-datasheet.pdf](https://cdn.sangoma.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/12/bri-telephony-card-datasheet.pdf) however, you really need to talk to the sales people, as there may be country specific details that cause problems, and very few people still use basic rate ISDN, so it is possible that the products are no longer available.

The policy of Digium and Sangoma has always been that they do not support such hardware on this forum. One of the reasons for that is that the forum is paid for from money that they make be selling ISDN and analogue hardware and they don’t want to let competitors avoid the cost of supporting their own customers by relying on the forum, instead. Therefore the standard response on questions about such hardware (and DAHDI) is to refer to the support channels for the commercial hardware. I don’t believe that this policy has changed, although someone from Sangoma can always challenge me, if it has.

There is also the point that this is a rather specialist question.

1. there is no ISDN involvement here.

2. there is no indication that anything is wrong, here.
