Hello world is not working

Hi,

         I am testing the asterisk already installed with GoAutodial Setup on CentOS 5.10 . I have remove the sip.conf and extensions.conf and write basic configuration to hear 'Hello World' from Sip Phone . My soft sip phone is not registering with asterisk even i stop the iptables services.

After reload :
In Asterisk CLi it is showing status as ‘Unmonitored’.

You will need to include some/all of your dialplan, as well as the CLI output when you run your tests. Otherwise we cannot really help you at all.

If you want to learn or test Asterisk, why you dont do a clean installation. Also you need to post your dial plan and cli output. Remember Asterisk verbose level at least 5
