Have problem about inbound on freepbx 2.5.1.5

below is a config on freepbx 2.5.1.5

Outgoing
host=x.x.x.x
username=xxx
secret=yyy
type=peer
disallow=all
allow=ulaw
nat=no
qualify=yes
canreinvite=yes

and
incoming
host=x.x.x.x
type=peer
disallow=all
allow=ulaw

now outbound is work but when i call in it here only busy signal

Anyone can suggest How to solve this problem??

and This version can use G729 or not ?

i can’t see any context attribute in both incoming and outgoing!
