When I perform a hangup using a WebRTC extension, the channel hangups on both the client and the agent. However, when I do it through the Hangup application, the channel closes on the Asterisk side. I see the SIP signaling with the “BYE” status for both the request and response, but the client doesn’t experience a hangup. I checked the SIP signaling as indicated. Besides that check, what else can I do to evaluate this behavior?
