I am using ASTERISK 1.8.20 with Yealink T46 phone. When I have a caller and I want to transfer the caller to extension 3XX’s voice mail (my extension numbers are 301 thru 3XX) I dial *3XX, the call is sent to the voice mail for 3XX but no greeting is played. Is there a way to have the voice mail greeting play ?
