Hi!
Im looking for a set of tools that can be used to display information about calls like
- how many calls been taken by agents
- time on calls
The information should be presented in a very nice graphical pictures, like speedometers (goes from 0 to 100, and a pointer shows how many calls have been made for example)
In fact I found tool for this a couple of months ago, but I can’t find the link again and its seems impossible to find again…
Would be very grateful if someone can give a suggestion,
I have looked at queuemetrics.com/ but it wasn’t so nice looking unfortunately
