Google today announced that they’ll continue to offer free domestic calls within the US and Canada throughout 2012. That’s the second time Google has extended the offer since they first announced it several years ago, and if you include the fact that Google acquired popular VoIP platform GrandCentral, the offering has been free for going on seven years now. “This is our way of helping you connect with friends and family across the country,” Group Product Manager Vincent Paquet said on the Google blog.
