Dear Members,

The issue is related to incoming calls from client to elastix, instead of public IP address

<— SIP read from UDP:192.168.1.1:49079 —>

should be

<— SIP read from UDP:152.151.150.XXX:5060 —>

Please help

That would only happen if the device is on the intranet but can also route to your public address. For the initial REGISTER, or unregistered INVITE, it will be purely dependent on how you configure the device. After registration, or for subsequent transactions, it probably means you haven’t declared your local networks correctly, to Asterisk, so Asterisk thinks the device is on the public internet.
