G.729 License for SIP server

Hi.
I developed SIP server on C++ that uses G.729 codec for voice menus and calls.
I only find G.729 license details that belong to G.729 plugin for Asterisk.
Is it legal to use G.729 codec for many simultaneous calls in my server for commercial usage?
If yes, in which countries it free to use this codec?
If you don’t know answer, please tell me where I can find this information.
