FXO Incomming calls fails

Hi there,

In my client environment we use a EBS Khomp with FXO trunks running a Asterisk using a CentOS linux distro. I’m a begginer user on Asterisk and recently i started to face a problem with the incomming calls on Asterisk.

Asterisk Version

Connected to Asterisk 11.25.3 currently running on pabx (pid = 1575) pabx*CLI>

When I try to call to one of the my FXO trunks, I receive the follow message on my Asterisk CLI

There’s no any kind of updates on my environment, and i’m tryng to troubleshoot it.
