Free calls with Asterisk + R2

Hi,

I may be missing something, but I can’t find anything in * to indicate
that a call is free. Several protocols provide this - T1RBS, and PRI
sometimes offer this. R2 and SS7 always do. My R2 software has free call
handling, but there doesn’t seem to be anywhere in * to connect either
the incoming or the outgoing free call flag to.
