Forbidden error while calling any number using BYOD

Hi

I have trouble in calling any number from my xlite. I configured a BYOD service. It says it is registerd. But when i tried to call US phone number from the local extention “301” i get this error in astrisk console

Should the number i called also should be BYOD number, because it says 11111111111@sip.broadvoice.com which is not registerd with broadvoice.

If you need any more information please let me know.

Registration and making a cal are two separate things. When you register you are letting your ITSP know where to contact you when a call comes in. When you make a call you send your information so that your ITSP can authenticate you and let the call go through.

The reason why the call may not be going through is because you are sending Broad Voice 1111111111. You are telling them that this is the number that you want to call which is invalid. You need to send them the number that you want to call (e.g. 1800551212).

Thanks for your response. I formatted the machine and created right from the beginning and it worked. I really do not know why it does not work the last time. The 1111111111 is not the phone number i tried, i just gave it for example.

thanks once again.
