I have a strange issue with followme and transfer (attended transfer).
As soon as a SIP User has the option hasVoiceMail = no set in the users.conf I’m unable to do a transfer, if I put it hasVoiceMail = yes then transfer works perfect.
Can someone explain me what causes this behavior ?
In fact my users are call centre agents and I don’t want them to have a voicemail but they also need to transfer calls regulary.
I have a similar problem with the followme function, if the user has no VoiceMailBox set then followme is not working.
