Extension, no ring

Hello, the other day I had an extension that just stopped ringing when receiving incoming calls. This extension is part of a queue that was working fine and all of the sudden, nothing. The extension can make outbound calls with no problem but just not ringing on incoming. I went into the call detail and the disposition of this extension when receiving an incoming call is busy…yet the phone never rings. If anyone can shed some light on this I’d appreciate it.

faulty phone ? dnd turned on ?

i have heard a GXP-2000 user complain that his phone used to do this with an older firmware, but an asterisk reload fixed it. i was never able to reproduce it so i can’t confirm that.
