Ever heard of this feature? - RingCentral

Hi all,

Has anyone ever heard of this feature being offered by any VOIP service provider?

It seems to be the only place to flexible forwarding rules with an easy UI for setup:

I hope you don’t mind me asking the experts here - I’m actually a small business looking for this feature as part of a VOIP service (not stand alone), if there is a better forum to pose this question I would be glad to move there.

All features highlighted on the site are easily implementable using Asterisk - wouldn’t be surprised if this company uses Asterisk. But this is not the answer you need. I think many telephony service providers (both traditional and VoIP) offer these features in managed service, and this company is not alone to bring them to small businesses. Try search in Telephony magazine and VON magazine.
