Sorry guys… Dont know if I am been stupid or what today…
I am needing to do the following…
Somebody will phone in, the prompt will ask them for their account number, they enter in by phoneset and then I need to set it to a variable, preferably the uniquieid? Then put it into the DB…
How would I do this??

yes, double posting is a very very bad thing.
Try the Read() application, it will dump your digits to a variable and you can then do whatever with them. check the wiki for more info.

Thanks for the info, sorry about the double post, this is actually something similar but differnt from what I wanted in the other posting. Thats why I posted it more under the development forum. I was just trying to receive some digit input from the user.
