Hi,

Please contact your vendor. Do they not offer support?

Thanx for ur reply

Yes,

they do…and did too…but this was related to some asterisk settings…anyways the issue was solved…

Now the issue is
wen ever i try to make outbound calls its going from the pilot number (which is ABCD2222)
its a 30 channel pri
they hav 65 extensions
ranging from ABCD2222-ABCD2322so if someone call from
say ABCD2250 den we need to c dat as the callerid
or if some one calls from each individual extension that shud be the caller id in the other part.

Any Help

In that this is a support area, people search to see if they have the same issue as someone previously had and hope find the resolution.

You state that you had a Blue ALARM. you contacted the vendor and it is now resolved. It was some setting in Asterisk. Please post the solution to the problem for the good of others.

New issues, should be posted in a new thread so that searches are useful.

The issue was related to my vendor (Service Provider) . There was no signal from their side .

my /dahdi/system.conf had
span=1,1,0,ccs,hdb3,crc4

When i tried to mkae calls i was not able to…so den after i removed the crc4 i was able to make calls…

Thanx for ur support and am sorry for posting this issue here…

Cheers,
Harif
