DPMA and Exten status

Hi,

It’s possible if I use DPMA module for Digium d40 or etc hard phones notify Asterisk that if I pick up the handset that I’m busy?

I ask it becouse now I’m using SIP hardphone like Gigaset for my queue members and when they end the conversation and hang up a call after 1 or 2 seconds they receive a new call. They can’t make outgoing call ( becouse don’t have enough time.

Asterisk doesn’t know when a handset has been lifted, it only knows when a device state has changed because a call is in progress or a device is ringing, etc.
