Does Asterisk support NMS Telephony boards like AG 4000

Hi all.

Can any one let me know whether asterisk can be used to support NMS telephony boards? Is the asterisk software, hardware independent?

I have never seen any NMS hardware listed as working with Asterisk. Asterisk can work with many different types of hardware here’s a couple of pretty good lists of supported / know working hardware with Asterisk.
