Digium E1 and Digium FXO

Hi,

how to configure Digium E1 and Digium FXO board in a PC and both are working.

I have to do that if the call come on E1 line than it will transfer to group 100 and if the call on FXO line than transfer to group 200.

Can anyone help me out for the configuration both board in single pc as well in routing dialplan
