Is there somebody who knows where I can have all the different details on the dialstatus ? Like which SIP message received is giving which dialstatus ?

i would expect you’ll need to get into the sourcecode of the Dial() application to find the specific detail you want. the page you linked to, and the goto example linked to from there, gives me all i need to know about it. obviously you want more.
have a look at /usr/src/asterisk/apps/app_dial.c for starters
