Why do i have to download Visual Dialplan Professional Setup in order to create a basic dialplan? Why can’t i find out how to do it in asteriskNOW 11.13.0? I want to learn how to use asterisk to do everything. I cannot find out how to open extensions.conf.
I’ve no idea why you need to download that software. I’ve never used it or even heard of it before.
Opening extensions.conf only needs foundation level Unix knowledge; or you can transfer it with sftp and edit it on WIndows. It’s a plain, ASCII, text file.

I uninstalled that program. I actually continued surfing the internet and came across the command vim.
