Dialing SIP extensions from IVR

Hello,

As of just recently, outside calls that reach my IVR and attempt to dial an SIP extension get cut off early. For instance- I may try to reach SIP extension 700 but the system transfers the call to menu option 7 before the caller is finished entering the SIP extension. This has begun happening just today and has been fine in the recent years. No recent upgrades have been performed.

Any ideas?

I think you mean SIP device.

You need to provide SIP debug logs, or at least a wireshark trace.
