Dialing extensions 100 - 109 stop at 10

I can dial to any extension except for those that begin with a 10 or a 11. When I call ext. 101 I get an error message “your call cannot be completed as dialed. Please check the number and call again.”. Every other extension that starts with 12 and up works fine. Any solutions?

I just found that when I punch in 100 before I make the actual call it will transfer me over there just fine. So it only doesn’t work when I dial 100 when there is a dial tone.

Actually I found the answer. I added AMPBADNUMBER=false to the amportal config file and everything works fine now. Thanks for the response.
