Dial queues and follwMe

Hi Everyone,

I am using a dial queue for our support engineers. When they are signed in to the queue and their sip-clients and phones online the follow me feature works fine, so that when the engineer is not picking up the phone the system will dial their mobile phone.

However as soon as they turn off their SIP client the extension automatically gets signed out of the group and the followME does not work.
We need this function since we have 24 hour oncall support and the support engneers are then typically just on call via their mobile phones.

Is there any way around this? For instance to make the the extension stay in the group and use the follow me? Or maybe use DISA or something?

Any pointers greatly appreciated.
