am looking for a dialplan for my customer care queue
when a call comes in for customers to select different languages for help
example
if you want help in English press 1
if you want help in Russian press 2
if you want help in French press 3 or press 4 for general help
need some ideas on how to achieve this

If you’re not familiar with Asterisk programming - and I guess you’re not - there are a few tools out there that will let you edit the IVRs graphically and will then generate the dialplan for you. Depends on how complex the IVR tree ends up being and how often you have to edit it.
