Dial from CRM for spcial Extension, force answer?

I need to give our worker ability to Dial with CRM Application to Customers and attach this call to worker’s IP hardware Telephone Extention.

I do it by FastAGI originateAction, it’s work fine. But this manner the worker not hear the proccess of call try. can I force programmatically dial by IP hardware Telephone. So the worker Pikup the hardware Phone, and dial into it by the Asterisk?
