Do you actually have a route to that address?

Do you even have IPV6 support?

Is media actually failing?

If the above don’t suggest answers, we will need to see the SDP exchange.

It may be a harmless case where the client supports IPV6 and includes an IPV6 ICE candidate, but you don’t.
