DAHDIbarge?

we have a client who wants the ability to have a caller hop in on a call just by entering an extension and have the ability to talk and listen without any assistance from original caller. I see DAHDIbarge is a feature but how would they know what channel to enter?

Anyone have any Ideas on this? Did I post in the right section?

You are on topic. There are not too many regulars. Many are VoIP only.

DahdiBarge looks like an engineering test tool, rather than a call centre tool.

I would look at ExtenSpy(). If that doesn’t work, you will probably need to use ChannelRedirect, and do your own extension to channel lookups.
