Dahdi kernel panic -

I’ve had a TE210P running flawlessy for years. I decided to upgrade the system and now the latest dahdi kernel-panics my system seconds after the module is loaded. I’m running Centos 6.3 x86-64 on a Dell 2950. I dug around and found this :

But it didn’t seem to help at all. I upgrade the firmware on the server as well, no change, CRASH. Anyone having similar issues?

Can you capture the complete panic output and post it somewhere? That might provide clues that can lead to a more specific recommendation.
