You will want to downgrade as there was some issue with the tools and the init.d script(s). I beat my head against the wall for an hour trying to figure it out. Eventually the downgrade worked. Use 2.10.2+2.10.2
Disregard all the stuff they tried and just downgrade, save yourself some time.
