Custom "Caller Position Announcements" message

How can I configure CUSTOM “Caller Position Announcements” message.
I have a .wav file which says “We appreciate your patience. Please stay online. You call is important to us. Next available agent will be with your shortly”.

I would like the above message to be played instead of the default “Caller Position Announcements”.

Pls advice.

See queues.conf.sample. You are confusing position announcements with periodic announcements.

Why would you not want to give the position? By now, everyone knows that statements about calls being valuable are meaningless, but the position gives them a real idea of the progress they are making.
