if you’ve read the sticky at the top of the forum, then you already know that voip-info.org/ is always the place to start.
but my guess is that you’re using A@H or TrixBox ?? have you looked at the documentation, either on the wiki (above) or on the developers (either TB or FreePBX) site ?
