I have two switches, I use two asterix versions: 11 on elastix and 13 on trunks.
Well, we use the Call Center module and we are facing a problem almost every day with faulty connections, time is cutting or the audio disappears during the calls.
we use a khomp chip with 50 chips, we currently have 12 agents working in the Call Center and the problem happens for everyone.
Run the separate services on two HP servers, one with the dialer and the other the trunks.
we’ve reviewed the entire structure and found no bottleneck until the time that justifies these failures in calls, we work with the predictive dialer.
would you have any suggestions or directions that I should follow to try to solve this problem?
