Connected Line ID: (N/A)

Hello!
I have a really weird question, which I need your help with. I have two absolutely identical Asterisk 13.9.1 with FreePBX 13 on it. On each asterisk system i have set up a queue with identical parameters. I have a trunk on each queue and Inbound route «ties» it to a queue directly.

I see the following problem when I do a call and see the log with the ‘core show channel SIP’ command.

As I mentioned before, both Asterisk servers/versions/trunk settings/queue settings are identical. However, i can see that in the first case the following fields all have ’N/A’ value.

And in the other case these fields are populated with a specific (and correct) data.

I tripple-checked all the settings and options. Everything looks to be the same. But the output differs and this is crucial for me.
I anyone could tell me what option/section in settings should I look at to fix this issue - i would really appreciate it.
