Connect attempt from '127.0.0.1' unable to authenticate

Hi Guys,

I am using Elastix server and i am not receiving incoming call ,when i dial a number i can hear the ringing sound and the phone is not ringing.
i am getting the error
"Connect attempt from ‘127.0.0.1’ unable to authenticate"
Troubleshooting Measures Performed…
We checked on the asterisk log, and we are getting some error like unable to authenticate. Please find below for the exact log:

System Info:
We are using XR2047 model with PRI line. We set up both incoming and outgoing call setup on XR2000.

I presume that is an AMI connect, and the only thing that should be doing AMI connects from the same machine is Elastix. Elastix is not supported here.

Otherwise, either your machine has already compromised, or someone is doing a sequence number prediction attack and your firewall doesn’t properly block sending source address 127.0.0.1 over the wire.

I suppose you could also have had a previous Asterisk GUI and not removed it properly before installing Asterisk.

Thanks for the reply!
Installation part are all correct! it all happened suddenly, previously all are working fine and we were able to make incoming calls.
Can you suggest me some possible solutions for this

Finally we have figured it out!

We manually set the AGI username and password in dialparties.php

Now its Working!
