I’m new to asterisk and I have managed to get a basic install going. everything is working fine as expected - but for the out of office message. This is a custom message and it plays 2 times and then the call hangs up.
I want the call to be transfered to the reception extension voice mail box. How do I do this.
I have done these
configure time groups
configure time conditions
under time conditions I have configured IVR that is called outOfHours.
in outofHours IVR I have played the customs message and chosen transfer to Reception extension “nomsg”
is there some thing else I need to do to get this configured.
