Configure Inbound Calls in asterisk

Hi everyone
I want to know that how can i create an inbound campaign in asterisk (running with goautodial).
My server’s details are as follows:

  1. goautodial-ce-2.1-final
  2. asterisk-1.4.39.1-vici

I went through the internet for support but got even more confused on dial plans and IVR. Please help me on how i can create my inbound campaign and IVR system for landing calls on my agents PCs.

But surely goautodial is designed for outbound campaign calling? I’m not sure how you want it to work for inbound campaigns? If you are very new to Asterisk and want to get everything working quickly I’d suggest that you look at an Asterisk based distro with a GUI front-end (such as AsteriskNOW or FreePBX).
