I install A102 sangoma’s card and connect E1 link it now for configuring wanpipe which one should I select for dial plan context:from pstn?or from internal?

It doesn’t matter which one you choose, but be consistent. If you select a context “from-internal” in your zapata.conf, be sure to use the same context in your extensions.conf
